 Making of model sets from plastpolymer materials (polyure-thane and epoxy molding resins and pattern plates)

Making of model sets from plastpolymer materials allows substantially (in 5-7 times) to reduce terms of preproduction and laboriousness of making of pattern equipment, to decrease it cost as compared with traditional steel, bronze and aluminium model sets.

Most rational way is application of plastpolymer materials in the time of making of complex pattern equipment for configuration, in the time of making of multiposition model sets, in the time of doubling (replication) of existing models and core boxes, in time of making of core boxes and pattern equipment for cold-hardening compositions.

Advantages:

  • absolute moisture resistance and high stability with respect to hostile environments provide unlimited retention cycle for pattern equipment from plastpolymer materials;
